If you are shopping in Poland, you can choose one of the following options:

As you can see, the list is quite extensive, and I think you'll easily find an option that will allow you to easily and seamlessly pay for your purchases. However, if you encounter any problems, be sure to let me know. Sometimes, one of these systems may experience a glitch—you can't pay and get frustrated, and I might not even be aware of the situation. In such cases, be sure to write or call me so I can help you resolve the issue.

If you need a special form of payment (e.g., you work for an institution, association, or school), please also write to me, and I will help you place an order in the store.

EUROPEAN UNION

As you probably know, we ship our products practically worldwide. To make your payment smooth, you can make it using:

  • Pay Pal
  • Credit Card - Pay Pal
  • Revolut
  • Credit Card - Revolut

If you run a business in the European Union and have an active VAT number, we have good news for you! We also have an active EU VAT number. Therefore, if you've already made a purchase in our store, the VAT you paid will be refunded. It usually takes 2-3 days for the refund to reach you.

If you don't want to wait for the refund and would like to pay immediately without VAT, please contact us! We will then check your VAT number and prepare an invoice with a "0" VAT rate.

REST OF THE WORLD

If you order our products from outside the European Union, the value of your order will automatically be reduced by 23% VAT.

Since you cannot pay tax in Poland and in your home country, we will zero out our tax - you only pay it once: in your home country.

Here's an example:

Yarn price in Poland: $123

Yarn price for you: $100

Total cost: $100 + tax and duty at your country's rate.

So, in reality, you'll pay a similar price for the product, or maybe even cheaper, than customers from the EU.
